My daughter got an annual eye check up, was confirmed 2 times my insurance was covered 100% with the front office.A month later they called my copay was $120 and they said I should call insurance company if I think that is unacceptable.I was told by insurance company eye exam is 100% covered , that is correct.But the provider claimed regarding eye exam plus specialist visit so $120 was my responsibility.They should be known about eye exam and specialist visit are different process, but they said just 100% covered eye exam and claimed 2 different things?I literally sat there and heard about Dream lense advertisement to sell more than $2000 plan by "specialist"Yes I was definitely interested and planned to get that next year since they asked me to revisit in 6months.Now no way! Glad to know they scammed and overcharged service.

I have not received my glasses yet, but my first visit was for my daughter to get her eyes checked. While there, I asked if they had time to see my son and give him an exam. Yes, they did. While there, their customer service was top notch and they even helped me find a pair of frames for myself. Top tier customer service and thorough exams. I will be back.

Being new to the area I was looking to get new glasses. I have VSP insurance. Everyone there was great. Doctor was very professional and took time needed. Went over everything with me. All in all I would highly recommend New View.
